Singapore Delivery
Celeste.sg currently delivers within Singapore. Orders are delivered to residential and business addresses unless otherwise stated.
Minimum Order Amount
A minimum spend of $60 (inclusive of GST) in one order is required for delivery.

Free delivery applies to standard Singapore addresses only. Restricted-location surcharges apply separately — see below.
Restricted-Location Surcharge
A $25 location surcharge (inclusive of GST) applies per order, per delivery location, for deliveries to the following areas:

This surcharge applies even if the order qualifies for free delivery.
Order below $200 to standard address → $20 delivery fee
Order $200+ to standard address → Free delivery
Order below $200 to restricted location → $20 + $25 surcharge
Order $200+ to restricted location → Free delivery + $25 surcharge
The $25 restricted-location surcharge is not automatically applied at checkout. If your delivery address falls within a restricted location, our team will contact you after your order is placed to arrange payment of the surcharge before dispatch. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.
Other Restricted or Non-Standard Access Locations
Some delivery addresses may have restricted, controlled or non-standard access requirements. Additional delivery charges, delivery delays or special delivery arrangements may apply for locations such as army camps, military bases, shipyards, ports, airport or cargo zones, logistics hubs, secured facilities, government or security-controlled premises, hospitals, hotels and other locations where courier access is restricted.
Where additional charges or special arrangements are required, our team may contact you before dispatch or delivery.
The $25 restricted-location surcharge is applied based on postal code or delivery zone where possible. However, some restricted-access locations may not be fully captured by postal code. If your address has special access requirements, please include clear delivery instructions at checkout or contact us before placing your order.
Hospitals and Hotels
Hospitals and hotels may have tight restrictions on delivery drop-offs. Please arrange to collect your order at the concierge or lobby and include the relevant instructions in your delivery note at checkout. Additional charges or failed delivery issues may apply if access is restricted or delivery instructions are incomplete.
Order Processing and Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed within 1 working day where possible. Delivery is typically completed within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier availability, order volume, public holidays, restricted access locations or other operational factors.
For orders above S$1,000, our team may contact you to confirm fulfilment details before dispatch.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed.
Any request for order changes made within 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time is strictly not possible and non-negotiable.
Please review your order details, delivery address, contact details and delivery notes carefully before completing checkout.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Celeste.sg is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed after two delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to Celeste.sg. Re-delivery charges may apply.
Overseas Orders
At present, Celeste.sg is set up primarily for Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam delivery. For overseas orders outside Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam, please contact us and our team will follow up on the next steps, including delivery fees, taxes, duties or other charges where applicable.
